The INCommunity project is entirely managed by a team of medical students from the four faculties in Quebec, all of whom volunteer 100% of their time. Sofia Lizza, National Coordinator, and Cindy Vasseur‑Michel, Project Assistant, oversee the entire INCommunity project, including the recruitment and training of stream coordinators and interns, the preparation of the summer conference, the management of funding requests, and the facilitation of weekly debriefings.

The team also includes the stream coordinators, a group of 10 medical students. Their main role is to collaborate with partner organizations and plan the interns’ schedules. This year, 8 of the 10 coordinators are former INCommunity interns, reflecting their continued commitment to the project.
