Rose was born and raised in a small town in Eastern OR along the Columbia River. My dad was the high school principal and my mom an elementary teacher who stayed home to raise us 6 kids. As I have said before, I wasn't suppose to walk or talk but my parents knew to get me early intervention. My BA is from Idaho State University in 2001 in Elementary/Special Ed. I got my masters in Special Ed/Child Dev. in 2014 online from Ashford University.

I have taught in NV, CA, AZ, and now NM. This is year 11, I think, of full time teaching, but I have been in the field for almost 20 years now.
