Derek M.A. Alexander is a Business Consultant for the Delaware Division for the Visually Impaired, specializing in providing exceptional Employment, Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Diversity and Inclusion, and Americans with Disabilities Act training for Students of all ages and abilities.

On evenings and weekends, he enjoys pursuing his Family’s many entrepreneurial endeavors, is a member of the Delaware Small Business Chamber, and Co-Chairs its D.I.V.E.R.S.E. Series with his wife, Tee Washington-Alexander.
