By doing so we will widely influence leaders and stakeholders to create communities of expert learners who practice empowerment, goal attainment and hold high expectations that meet both their individual needs and abilities, as well as, encourage possibilities for future progress and success in school and as they transition into society and employment or entrepreneurial endeavor.
