Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged during shipping or if there is a clear manufacturing defect.
If your suit is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
We do not accept returns for suits that have been Worn, altered, or used.
Custom or tailored suits are non-returnable.
Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund or offer a replacement suit, depending on your preference.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, please follow the return instructions above, and we will assist you in getting a replacement suit.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is out of stock.
We do not accept liability for damages caused during shipping. However, we ensure all items are packaged securely before dispatch.

Customers who receive a Imperivmx Business card will also be eligible for a 15% discount on their purchase. just make sure to present Card or input the code given on the card.
Cards are rarely given. only way to receive a card is if you get lucky. A way to get lucky is if you make a purchase or if its given personally by me in a one on one interaction
If you're renting you must leave a deposit of 100$ to reserve a suit/ tuxedo
if you're hosting an event of any kind , you must leave a deposit of $200
you must bring back the suit 2-3 days after your event . failure to do so will result in a daily fee of 10$ until they bring it back
if you decide to cancel your order after reservation, there will be a $40 cancellation fee deducted from your $100 deposit
if you bring back the suit with any missing/ lost pieces, will also be deducted from deposit, pricing would depend on missing item
Failure to Bring suit or items will be taken off your deposit
Failure to bring back suit will result in store ban
