Step 1: Neck
Wrap the measuring tape around the base of your neck where a collar would sit. Keep it snug but not tight.
Step 2: Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and relaxed. Ensure you can fit two fingers between your chest and the tape for comfort.
Step 3: Shoulders
Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other, following the natural curve of your back.
Step 4: Sleeve Length
Start at the edge of your shoulder and measure down to your wrist, keeping your arm slightly bent.
Step 5: Waist
Measure around your natural waistline—this is typically just above your navel. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Step 6: Hips
Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape level.
Step 7: Inseam
Measure from the inside of your leg, from the crotch to the bottom of your ankle.
Step 8: Side length Measure from the side of your leg from waist to ankle bone
Step 9: Belly put the measuring tape around your belly button
