• “Are your suits true to size, or should I size up or down?”

Most of our suits come slim fit so i would recommend to size up just in case

(it is better to undercook than over cook )

• “How do I take my own measurements at home before ordering?”

• “Do you offer custom tailoring or adjustments after purchase?”

Yes, but you would have to come in for that

• “What’s the difference between your new suits and your used suits?”

New suits come straight from factory , used suits are worn a couple times but later washed for sale

• “Can I rent a tuxedo from you, or is everything purchase-only?”

ImperivmX only sells suits and tuxedos, however if you want to Rent a suit Check out our

• “How long does shipping usually take, and do you offer expedited options?”

• “Do you offer packages for groomsmen or group orders?”

We are currently not giving any special packages but we are looking into special packages for our loyal clients in the future 

• “What’s the best suit color for a spring/summer wedding?”

Best Suit i would recommend is something that makes it pop by choosing something colorful or abstract , but if you want to keep it simple i would choose navy blue suit for a simple yet sophisticated look 

• “Can I come see the suits in person before buying?”

Sure, You would have to check out our Fantasticos Tuxedos page and once you stop by you can let us know you found us online and we can take care of you

• “How do your prices compare to other suit shops?”

Most of our prices are simple yet affordable. something unique about Imperivmx is that we value client feedback therefore we try to better our services each time we take a client for better services and relationships in the future

• “What’s the return or exchange policy if the suit doesn’t fit?”

• “Do you sell accessories too — like ties, cufflinks, shoes?”

Not all but some . we are working on trying to sell more accessories in the near future. For our current accessories please check out our accessories page 

• “Are your tuxedos more modern-fit or traditional/classic fit?”

Most of our suits are slim fit but we also have modern and some traditional 

• “If I buy today, can I get it before [specific event date]?”

Depends when is your event, you would have to set up a months in advance to make sure you can get your suit right before your event , for more details check out our shipping info page 

• "Do I have To pay all upfront?"

No, But you do have to leave a 100$ deposit for us to reserve a suit for you 

• How Does A Rental work?

The Rental of the suit comes with almost everything .(Coat, Pants, Shirt, Vest , Tie) Only thing Not included are the shoes and accessories . if you want them included it will be an additional $20

• Can I rent Individually instead of the whole suit?

Yes Of Course! In The event where you just want to rent a shirt ,a Coat  , or whatever you want instead of the whole suit. its pretty much the same process as renting a suit, only difference is the price. When Renting a individual item , we will charge you a deposit of 100$, which you'll get back once you return the item

• What if i keep the suit longer than expected?

If you keep the suit longer than you're supposed too, then there will be a daily fee of 10$ taken away from your deposit
