Empowerment is considered essential for advancing liberal values. Student empowerment is really about "doing with" rather than "doing to" students. Being an effective leader requires the ability to inspire followers to work toward a common objective. A great leader fosters an attitude of cooperation in addition to inspiration. Students will gain self-assurance, learn how to handle problems, work as a team, and establish responsibility via leadership. The "early seeds" of leadership should be ingrained in a family's moral framework through a variety of means, starting with training a child to be self-assured, compassionate, and eager to pitch in and help when they can.
Encourage students to interact, work together, and lead others by engaging them in team-building exercises.
Encourage kids to acquire decision-making abilities and commitment by instructing
Teach students to evaluate results and ponder good and bad options.
Encourage them to read, especially novels that illustrate and emphasise all the qualities you want them to learn.
With practical tasks and activities that assist children in looking ahead and creating a to-do list, calendar, or itinerary, you can teach your child the value of planning.
Help your child acquire effective communication skills so they may respectfully but firmly make requests and provide constructive criticism.
Give students the freedom to actively practise and refine courteous and acceptable negotiation techniques.
