"Health is a state of body and Wellness is a state of being" By- J. Stanford
Well-being is the state of being healthy and happy. A sense of belonging, a sense of purpose, achievement and success is all part of mental and physical health. The concept of well-being encompasses both psychological and physical aspects. The schools should work with those involved, including health and social services, local authorities, and civil society organizations, to provide lessons on the responsible use of the Internet, healthy lifestyles, and prevention or treatment of health problems.
Educators play an important role in supporting students' healthy lifestyle choices and understanding the impact of these choices.
Children learn social and emotional skills, knowledge, and behaviours that allow them to build resilience, as well as set the pattern for managing their physical and mental health as they grow and mature.
Students can obtain reliable information in schools and develop a deeper understanding of the choices they face.
Academic achievement and well-being are interrelated, i.e. success is necessary to achieve well-being, and success is necessary to achieve success.
Students' interaction with teachers can be improved by teachers' well-being. They can teach concepts more effectively, face challenges, and avoid burnout.
