Ordering of Participant's Guidebooks

• All trained facilitators for that module may order the guidebooks.

• Process: 

  • Please have on hand the serial number on your facilitator's certificate (e.g. SN23XXXX), located at the top right-hand corner of your e-cert 

  • Fill in the order form for the correct module

  • Once your order has been submitted, you will receive  a confirmation email from one of our CAC staff

  • Once payment has been made, you will receive the links to the full set of curriculum videos and be added to the community of practice telegram chat group!
