30-MIN GUIDED VIDEOS

• Each session is built around a 30-minute video that provides the teaching portion of the session

• The video is broken up into 5-6 segments, with each segment followed by a discussion or activity

• Each video includes a Living by Light segment which features ordinary Christians sharing their thoughts or stories on the content

DISCUSSION-BASED LEARNING

• Discussion questions for each video segment are provided in the leaders' guide 

• Active participation helps to process and personalise the content and enhances learning effectiveness

GUIDEBOOKS

• Participant guide includes notes for all sessions

• Leaders' guide includes suggested answers, extra notes for leaders and links for further reading
