Leaders' Training

The Illumine CWC Leaders’ Training is compulsory for all leaders who wish to use the curriculum with their cell groups or ministries. This is to ensure that leaders who use the curriculum can do so with confidence and integrity to the curriculum’s goals and methodology.

Training prerequisites:

• Module 1: 

  • People who have gone through the Illumine CWC video curriculum as a participant (6 sessions)

  • People who have attended the Introduction to Worldviews course for CAC leaders (4 sessions) 

  • FYP discipleship programme mentors 

  • Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis 

• All subsequent modules: 

  • People who have been trained as Module 1 facilitators, and preferably led at least 1 run of the curriculum
