Ilirjan Lipi is currently Professor in the Department of Business Administration at University of Vlora Ismail “Qemali”, in Albania, where he has been since 1998. He received the Degree Master of Science in Business Administration from University of Tirana, Albania. He received a doctorate degree in Business Administration from the State University of Tirana in 2006.  The Academic title of Associate Professor is granted to him by Durres University “Aleksander Moisiu”.His main research interests include: Business Management, Human Resource Management; International Business; Business Plan Development; Human Resource Management in Public Administration; Management Informatin System. He is author of many national and international scientific papers.
