Il progetto eTwinning “UNESCO Cultural heritage: my sites your sites” è stato svolto dalla classe 2A, da febbraio a giugno, in collaborazione con la scuola lettone Daugavpils Saskana Pamatskola, per celebrare l’Anno Europeo del Patrimonio Culturale.

Ha avuto come tema dominante il patrimonio culturale dei due paesi partecipanti: Italia e Lettonia.

Gli studenti hanno raccolto e selezionato informazioni, hanno condiviso, confrontato scritto e presentato, in formato multimediale, informazioni sul loro patrimonio culturale e su tradizioni e sistemi scolastici dei loro rispettivi paesi e le hanno condivise con i partner.

Gli studenti sono stati poi invitati a riflettere sul pericolo che incombe sul patrimonio culturale e sulla necessità di preservarlo per le generazioni future.

Il progetto ha aiutato i ragazzi a conoscere la cultura del paese partner e a prendere coscienza e apprezzare il valore del patrimonio culturale al fine di salvaguardarlo e proteggerlo.

The eTwinning project "UNESCO Cultural heritage: my sites your sites" was carried out from February to June, in collaboration with the Latvian school Daugavpils Saskana Pamatskola, to celebrate the European Year of Cultural Heritage.

The main theme was the cultural heritage of the two participating countries: Italy and Latvia.

Students collected and selected information, shared, compared, written and presented, in multimedia format, information about their cultural heritage and about the traditions and education systems of their respective countries. They shared the information with partners.

Students were then invited to reflect on the danger to cultural heritage and the need to preserve it for future generations.

The project helped the pupils to get to know the culture of the partner country and to become aware of and appreciate the value of cultural heritage in order to safeguard and protect it.
