The Credit Score bins 601-700 has the highest number of customers & lesser churn rate. Credit Score bins <=400 on the other hand has the lowest number of customers with the highest churn rate of 100%. Been a Credit Card holder does not have huge effect on the churn rate.

The bank experienced the highest Churn rate(32.44%) in Germany, losing 814 customers out of 2509 customers, then 16.15% in France. Male gender accounted for 54.57% of bank customers but with the lowest churn rate(16.46 out of 5457 male customers), while females comprises 45.43% of customers with churn rate 25.07% out of 4543 female customers.
Age group 31-40 had the highest number of Customers (at 4,451), while Age group <20 had the lowest at 89 customers. The bank experienced a sharp increase in the churn rate(56.21%) at age range 51-60 despite having a lower number of customers (448 customers was lost out of 797 customers in Age group 51-60).
