Naveen Kumar
Naveen Kumar is presently working as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. He completed M.Tech in Welding Engineering (2015) and Ph.D. in July 2021 from the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (MIED), Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. He also received my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. A.P. J. Adul Kalam Technical University Lucknow (Erstwhile U.P.T.U. Lucknow).
Research Interests: Metal Additive Manufacturing, Joining of Metals, Erosive Wear.

Ananya Nath
Ananya Nath received her bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Durgapur in the year 2022. She joined a direct Ph.D. program at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in the year 2022 under Prof. Sagar Sarkar and Prof. Abhishek Das in the department of Mechanical Engineering. Rukaiya Azma
Rukaiya Azma completed her B.Tech in mechanical engineering from Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Raebareli in 2018, after that she joint Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi for her master's. She did her M.tech in production and Industrial Engineering in 2021. She worked as a JRF at IIT Patna for one year. There she worked on DRDO project. In January 2023 she joined IIT Delhi for her Ph.D. Laser-based joining for Electric vehicles, DEM and CFD-based numerical simulation are her research interests.

Ruchi Sharma
Ruchi Sharma received her B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from ANDUAT, Ayodhya (2019) and M.Tech. in Manufacturing Technology and Automation from the Centre for Advanced Studies, Lucknow (Affiliated to UPTU) (2022). During her master’s, She worked as a research intern at CSIR-Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute, Durgapur (Nov 2021 - Jul 2022). Master’s research area was Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing. She developed a feedback control system for automatic detect defects and controlling them with the help of Machine Learning. Ms. Ruchi Sharma works in the area of laser-based additive manufacturing/3D printing. She uses different sensors for in situ process monitoring and controlling the process parameter with the help of ML/AI.

Alok Kumar Shukla
Alok Kumar Shukla earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University in 2015, followed by obtaining his Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology in 2019. His research focuses on conducting a multilevel comparative analysis of laser brazed and vacuum brazed joints for electric vehicle applications.

Anubhav Banerjee
Anubhav Banerjee has completed his M-Tech in mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Kolkata. He has worked on numerical modelling of friction stir welding (simialr/dissimilar metal) and friction stir processing of aluminium metal matrix composite. His master's project was "Development of multi-wire feeder additive manufacturing setup for the synthesis of AlFeCrNiCu HEA with phase prediction using machine learning". Additive manufacturing, Advance Welding, Numerical Modelling, Advance materials and AI/ML are some of his research interests

Vijay Sharma received his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and then worked in the Industrial and Teaching sector. He then joined the Department of Mechanical and Engineering, IIT Delhi as a Research Scholar. His current research focuses on impact of different welding processes on electrical and thermal behavior of joints for electric vehicles.

Shewtank Rai received his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Institute of Engineering and Technology Lucknow in 2020 .He then joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Delhi for MTech in Production Engineering in 2022. His current research focuses on the Simulation of EV joints for optimum contact resistance also design and development of 4 probe experiment setup for high-current applications.
