The following objectives are available: HC PL APO 10x/0.40 CS2, HC PL APO 20x/0.75 CS2, HC PL APO 20x/0.75 IMM CORR CS2, HC PL APO 40x/1.30 Oil CS2, HC PL APO 63x/1.40 Oil CS2.
The four lasers in the system are: Argon (458nm, 488nm, 514nm), Diode laser (405nm), DPSS laser (561nm), HeNe laser (633nm)
It is provided with two PMT, one T-PMT and two HyD detectors.
OkoLab CO2 humidity chamber has been provided for live imaging
The following objectives are available: 5X, HC PL FLUOTAR 10x/0.30, HCX APO L 10x/0.30 W, 20X, HC FLUOTAR L 25x/0.95 W VISIR, HCX PL APO 40x/0.85 CORR CS, HC PL APO 40x/1.30 Oil CS2, HC PL APO 63x/1.40 Oil CS2, HCX PL APO 100x/1.40-0.70 Oil

Scientific CMOS Camera is attached for taking images.

STED lasers available: 590nm, 660nm, 775nm
It uses a solid state White light laser for confocal imaging.
There are two PMT detectors and two HyD detectors available.
