Bagpiping

In 2015 I began my journey as a bagpiper. I am only an amateur but am enjoying myself with the playing of both Great Highland Bagpipes and Scottish Smallpipes.

If you are in the area and are looking for a piper, feel free to contact me. I have played at weddings, funerals, and a number of small events.

Realizing it was one year since I started on a full set of pipes, I quickly filmed this set. These are two of my all time favorite tunes, and it feels good to be able to play them myself, even if poorly.

These videos are now a bit old and my playing has gotten remarkably better. Unfortunately, I have no current videos yet to add and am struggling to find a good way to record with reasonable quality audio.

Here is a fun "vintage" filming I did with my bellows blown smallpipes. I am still getting used to the bellows.

This is a Christmas medley that I arranged and taught myself for Christmas. I am playing a set of Walsh Shuttlepipes.
