This session brings you into our work on cycles of coaching in an intentionally designed system to change literacy instruction in schools located in disenfranchised communities. We take you into the collaborations of leaders and teachers as they use tests of change to engage students in relevant academic work that matters to them. Our story ends with a deep dive into key strategies, reading data, and feedback through learning walks.
