Advantages・Disadvantages
Advantages
Everything can be done online (job request, payment, Q&A, online conference, etc.).
It is premised on doing it for the purpose of support, but the company also needs profit. We would appreciate it if you could offer me a job at a reasonable amount of money. Also, consider the average wage in the partner country when providing a job.
By requesting an engineer with technical skills, basic technical training is unnecessary. We think this is the biggest advantage.
We advise on taxation and laws in overseas transactions.
We advise on visa applications and voyage.
How about if you think that you have an engineer for the annual membership fee of 360,000 yen? What if you think you can help?
If the deadline is not met, or if the deliverables are not good, we will not pay (not receive) the money. We try to be as risk-free as possible.
You can get know-how from job request to payment on the Internet. In addition, we can interact with and connect with overseas engineers, so I may be able to develop some new business internationally in the future.
If there is a problem, the secretariat will take care of it.
If we can build good relationships among our members, we think we will be able to solve business problems and obtain new business opportunities.
※Firstly, it is for the purpose of support. We hope that we can save as many people as possible by providing work.
Disadvantages
Communication in English, there is a language barrier.
If you are unfamiliar with communicating on the Internet, it will be difficult until you get used to it.
In conflict areas, missiles destroy substations, resulting in power outages, underground evacuation, and sudden loss of contact. Therefore, when faced with unavoidable reasons, unreasonable difficulties, tragedies, or unavoidable situations, we must accept the situation calmly and give consideration to the other party overseas. It is the same as in Japan, but it is the same as when an employee is involved in an incident or accident and loses contact, or takes a leave of absence due to injury.
During the busy season, there are cases where work is concentrated and you are refused. Priority will be given to those who request earlier.
※We plan to operate the association by collecting only those who want to cooperate "for support first," "for mutual benefit," and "for friendship." We would like to carefully select members who have a desire to support engineers in need, and who will agree with us even if the initial communication is difficult.
There is a language barrier, and we think it will be difficult at first, but even if you can't speak English, we think most people will use a translation app or software to convert it into English and exchange it via email, so it will be difficult until you get used to it. But we think it will be fine once you get used to it. We also support the secretariat. As the number of exchanges increases, the other party will also understand the content of the work, so we think that explanations will be reduced and things will go smoothly.
We would like to create a system that can provide work to as many engineers as possible. In the off season, the number of jobs that can be provided will decrease, and in the busy season, the work will be concentrated and there will be cases where work requests will be refused. We would like to consider the balance and gradually adjust it.
