About IES Bodyworks

With you on the journey...

IES Bodyworks is owned and operated by Karen Carl, LMT, CIMT, CPMT. She has had 20 years of massage work done personally and knows what it's like to suffer from chronic pain, Chiari Malformation, chronic headaches and arthritis. Karen has over 30 years of education in the public schools working with children with special needs. Volunteering with individuals in Memory Care has given her a love for that population. Working with Missouri First Steps has given her experience working with infants and toddlers. 

From this experience and excellent training at Elements of Wellness Massage School, she has been able to work with each individual client to provide exceptional care. She can lead you independently or for group instruction in providing massage for your child. Whatever you or your loved one's stage of life, Karen is there for you. 

Yoga has been a 30 year journey with many different awesome teachers. Needing to modify her personal yoga practice helps her come at yoga from an accessible format. You CAN do yoga, Karen makes it attainable for you. Contact us by email for more information.
