We have heard a consistent need from the field for greater visibility into reported issues and their resolution status. This dashboard is designed to provide a centralized view of the highest priority concerns we are actively addressing and to communicate progress in a transparent and consistent way.
This initial release is focused on the issues with the broadest impact across districts. We expect both the content and format to evolve over time as we gather feedback from districts and the District Advisory Group. Updates will be posted weekly.
Dashboard Field Definitions
Category: Identifies the functional area or topic impacted by the issue.
Description: Provides a summary of the issue and its impact on districts or users.
Current Options (Workaround): Lists any temporary steps or alternative processes that may help districts continue operations while a permanent resolution is being addressed.
Next Milestone: Identifies the next significant activity, deliverable, or decision point related to resolving the issue.
Milestone Target Date: The current target date for completion of the next milestone. Dates may be adjusted as additional information becomes available.
Status: Reflects the current stage of work, such as Under Review, In Progress, Testing, or Resolved.
Status Details: Provides additional context on recent progress, known dependencies, upcoming activities, or factors influencing the timeline.
