Historical and current records will be sent when an IDT is requested from one district to another.
Admin will have the ability to merge students who have multiple records. The basic information for these records will be retained and information from the merged Students will only be filled in when not present in these records.
Admin users will possess the capability to promptly execute a general report or opt for scheduling the report to run either after a specific number of days or on a monthly basis.
The Advanced Reporting System provides features such as Graphical Data Representation, Drill Down for specific data, and Ad Hoc Reporting.
Users who have administrative access can set up available user types with various permissions in the system. The district will assign users based on their roles in the district to the user type. There will be a user role defined that will accommodate a position that holds multiple roles. Access to student data is based off of user type permissions; therefore, if you have access to students in multiple schools or district your log in will be reflective of your role. The intent is to have one log-in per user.
Users will have the ability to see the students that are assigned to them via the “team page”. If a user is assigned to the student's team (IEP, 504, etc.) they will be able to identify others who have access to that student’s information. User actions are also captured in the system per student and can be reviewed by personnel with system permission and access.
This is useful because it will give you the ability to see IEP Online 3.0 as the user sees it. As an Admin, you will see IEP Online 3.0 differently from the general end user, so impersonation can be very helpful.
District administrators have the ability to create and publish announcements for users to view.
