Users will encounter a detailed list of errors while working on completing a record, which will offer a better insight into the necessary corrections before moving on to the subsequent section of the record. 

Users can easily view the latest students they have accessed without the need to search for them again.

The workspace provides a visual representation of the completion status for different sections of a Referral, Eligibility, and Plan, with green indicating completion, red indicating incompleteness, and gray indicating no work required or not yet started. By using the workspace, you can quickly determine the progress of a record.

The advanced student search is a helpful tool, especially at the end of the school year. It can be used to search for students whose records are not in compliance (click the Students tab, Advanced Student Search, then select all of the red compliance symbols under the “Compliance Status” section, then click View Students). 

The My Calendar page allows you to schedule meetings and other events in EDPlan. To add an appointment, click on the date, select the event type, enter the event details and click Save.
