Club Registration

How do I sign up to join IEM-SSSS?

1. Collect the registration from us (refer to item 2 for contact) and fill it out. Remember to sign your document as well. Please refer to the guidelines below on how to fill in your form. 

2. Reach out to any of the persons in charge below and submit the form to us:

3. After we have checked and verified your submission, we will send you our bank details for payment. (Please note that there is an additional payment of RM20 on top of the registration fees as club fees).

4. After payment is made, submit the proof of payment/receipt through a Google Form which we will provide.

5. After payment is made, a copy of the receipt will be provided to you and you're done!

MEMBERSHIP PRICE

First Year and Second Year Student: RM 50 + RM 20 (Membership Fee)

Third Year Student: RM 40 + RM 20 (Membership Fee)

Final Year Student: RM 20 + RM 20 (Membership Fee)
