Career Guidance Cell (CGC) has been established and dedicated to supporting the professional development, career planning, and higher education aspirations of the students. The CGC aims to provide comprehensive guidance to help them achieve their career goals.
Roles and responsibility of Career Guidance Cell :
One-on-One or Group Counseling:
Provide regular career counseling sessions to address individual student needs.
Assist students in building personalized career roadmaps aligned with their strengths and aspirations.
Maintain Career Progress Records:
Document students’ achievements, including internships, project work, certifications, and research papers.
Maintain digital records of each student’s academic and professional progress.
Collect and track the improvement of CVs and their ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scores.
Early Intervention for At-Risk Students:
Offer targeted support to students who may be lagging in academic or professional development through remedial sessions and personal guidance.
Promote Higher Education & Research:
Guide students preparing for competitive examinations such as GATE, GRE, UPSC, etc.
Actively encourage participation in research projects, paper publications, and academic collaborations
