This is to inform all students about the constitution and functions of the Academic Disciplinary Committee (ADC), established to ensure a conducive and disciplined academic environment within the department. Your cooperation is essential for maintaining the highest standards of academic conduct and learning.
The Academic Disciplinary Committee is tasked with the following responsibilities to uphold academic discipline and smooth functioning:
Monitoring the adherence to the class routine.
Ensuring that students remain in their respective classes during scheduled hours and do not loiter in corridors or common areas.
Verifying that all scheduled classes are conducted without remaining vacant.
Tracking the punctuality of faculty members in entering and leaving classrooms as per the time schedule.
Overseeing that faculty members responsible for classes ensure the cleanliness of the classroom, including cleaning the board and switching off the computer/projector after use.
All students are expected to strictly adhere to the academic routine and discipline guidelines. Any observed deviations will be addressed by the Academic Disciplinary Committee.
