The Institution of Engineers (India), Alwar Local Centre in association with Construction Skills Development Academy has come up with Career Mentorship Program to bridge this gap under the quality assurance of working professionals in civil engineering. It is based on real time project requirements and trending demand of Construction Industry. Industry is transforming, industry needs professionals and we are transforming engineers to a resource for the industry.

About the Speaker
About the Speaker
Sandesh Saxena is MS Management in Construction from Kingston University, London (UK). He is Certified Chartered Engineer in Civil Engineering by Institution of Engineers India. He is having national and international experiences in Management of Construction Projects. He is leading the Department of Project Planning and Control, in a national award winning organization based in Jaipur. He has also worked with UltraTech Cement Limited as Territory Technical Service Manager, Assistant Site Manager at Barnes Construction (UK), and Research Scholar at Florida International University (USA). He is actively providing Project Management Consultancy to the clients.
Parallelly, He has organized more than 25 online workshops and professional training program in association with IEI Rajasthan State Centre, IEI Alwar Local Centre and other private limited companies since 2019. Major Highlights Organized 45 day “IEI Summer Training Program 2020” and “IEI Summer Training Program 2021” for undergraduate engineers, architects and project management individuals.

Organized “Project Management and MS Project-Basics Workshop” for civil engineering students and “MS Project – Advance Workshop” for Final year civil engineering students at JK Laxmipath University, Rajasthan.
Presented a guest lecture on “Planning and Monitoring tools for effective project/Construction” at National conference on Sustainable Development for Smart Cities 2019 held at Swami Keshvanand Institute of Engineering and Management.
Presented a guest Lecture on “Stakeholder Management- an influencing tool” at Malviya National Institute Of Technology, Jaipur in workshop organized by MNIT for officials of RIICO.
