Report says "India Needs 4 million proficient Civil Engineers, as the residentials needs of almost 120 million people in the urban regions on another hand 70% of Civil Engineers are unemployed".

The Institution of Engineers (India) in association with Construction Skills Development Academy has come up with Career Mentorship Program to bridge this gap under the quality assurance of working professionals in civil engineering and HR. It is based on a well defined systemic actions and review technique to secure the job along with the expert guidance of professionals provided to the participants of this program.
