The registration website is live now. During the registration, there will be an option to request visa letter. • Author registration deadline for conference/workshop is August 16, 2024. 

• At least one author of an accepted conference/workshop paper must register at the conference non-student rate by August 16, 2024. An author with multiple accepted conference paper can have the discounted rate for any additional paper. The registered author must attend and present the paper. If more than one author attends, each author must register separately. If none of the authors can attend, they must find a proxy to present their paper in person.

• Each accepted poster/demo must be registered at the conference non-student or student rate by August 16, 2024.

• Member registration rates are available for professional members of IEEE. 

• Conference paper page limit is 9 (short papers are 7 pages and posters are 2 pages).
  Workshop paper page limit is 6. Extra pages can be purchased at a cost of $150 each, up to two pages. 

• Registration can be canceled on or before September 6, 2024. There will be an administrative fee of $150 deducted from each refund.

* At least one author per paper must be registered as an AUTHOR at the full registration rate, regardless of whether or not they are students.

* Full conference registration includes meals (lunches, reception and banquet).

* At least one author per paper must be registered as an AUTHOR at the full workshop registration rate, regardless of whether or not they are students.

• Conference Banquet: USD 100 per ticket (September 24th) 

• Reception: USD 100 per ticket (September 23rd)

• This additional item is for attendees who need to purchase a ticket for their guest, or if your registration type does not include a banquet or reception ticket and you want to join these events. 

• Please note that both banquet and reception tickets are included with Full Conference registration, whereas Workshop registration does not include either banquet or reception tickets.
