The camera-ready version of accepted papers should be submitted by July 12, 2024 (for all main conference papers). Additionally, the camera-ready versions of accepted poster, demo, and workshop papers should be submitted by August 9, 2024. Note that the camera-ready paper and copyright submissions are NOT through EDAS. Please follow the instructions below to submit the camera-ready version of your paper and a copyright form at the following website: https://ieeecps.org/#!/auth/login?ak=1&pid=79f3hjOXPOCbTnOBVIxOYf
Authors need to create an account first. The first page will be a "Sign In" page. After signing in, please follow the step-by-step instructions. Authors will also submit copyright forms during the process. Please DO NOT submit your camera-ready paper to EDAS.
For regular main conference papers, the page limit for the camera-ready paper is 9 pages. For short main conference papers, the page limit for the camera-ready paper is 7 pages. No extra page is allowed for conference papers. Poster and demo papers should be 2 pages. Workshop papers' page-limit is 6 pages.
A full registration is required for each accepted paper. The registered author must attend and present the paper. If more than one author attends, each author must register separately. If none of the authors can attend, they must find a proxy to present their paper in person.
All papers must follow the standard IEEE camera-ready format as specified for the initial submission in Call for Papers.
