ideaNexus is a part of a site system known as the HelpWeb for Students - for more info, click the button right
Now that you know more or less what steps you need to do to make and implement a good idea, you can start making it and implementing it. By following the design process we gave you...or your own?
You can either go off on your own if you're confident enough, or keep going with ideaNexus in one of two ways:
You could get expert help for your idea, by either talking to an expert,
or joining an organization dedicated to helping students start and create ideas.
Or you could join other young innovators and combine ideas, in a low risk environment, and make new friends, in the IdeaNexus ideaSpace.
Once you or your group have an idea, you can use this tool to help guide you through different stages of your idea, from conception to creation. This is a collection of general guidance including planning templates and advice for different stages of your ideation process, from planning, research, building, testing and marketing!
Ideas can always improve! You might find that someone else may have the final piece to your puzzle. Don't be afraid to collaborate with others! Just make sure to give them due credit. Just watch the video below by Steven Johnson to see just how ideas can grow. I myself, back when I was just starting out with Junior Achievement, in Grade 9, was inspired by this very video. Perhaps that helped give me the spark to start the HelpWeb!
Good luck young innovators! Remember to dream big!
