Humber students can collaborate together on Clipchamp projects. To give access to other group members, follow the steps outlined below.
PLEASE NOTE:
Only one group member can access and edit the project at a time. You will not be able to collaborate in real-time on a Clipchamp project, the way you would on a Google Doc or Word document.
When other group members open the project for the first time, they will need to wait for all of the footage and images to download to their computer.
Create a new video project in Clipchamp (if you have already started a project, skip to step 3).
2. Give your project a recognizable name.
3. Click on the share menu in the top right-hand corner of the Clipchamp window and select the Manage Access option.
4. Add your group members' Humber email addresses (ends with @students.humber.ca or @guelphhumber.ca). Click on Grant Access.
5. If you checked the Notify People box, your group members will receive an email with the link to the project. Alternatively, they can find the project if they go to OneDrive and go to their Shared folder.
