Michelle is a longtime advocate, educator, and parent whose work has transformed the landscape for dyslexia support in Oklahoma. A former classroom teacher and mother of a child with dyslexia, Michelle founded Decoding Dyslexia Oklahoma in 2013 and has spent over a decade driving collaboration between parents and educators to ensure student success.
