Michelle Keiper is a longtime advocate, educator, and parent whose work has transformed the landscape for dyslexia support in Oklahoma. A former classroom teacher and mother of a child with dyslexia, Michelle founded Decoding Dyslexia Oklahoma in 2013 and has spent over a decade driving collaboration between parents and educators to ensure student success. Michelle supports families and educators across the nation in her role as Director of Reading Curriculum and Support Services for Syllables Learning Center and Kendore Learning and continues to serve in advisory roles for several non-profit boards and stakeholder groups across the four-state regions, including Kansas.
