Creating a chart in MS Excel is simple. Follow these steps:
Open MS Excel and enter data into a table format.
Example for a bar chart (student marks):
Click and drag to select the data, including column headers (e.g., A1:D4).
Go to the "Insert" tab on the Ribbon.
Click on the "Charts" group and select the desired chart type:
Pie Chart: For showing proportions.
Bar Chart: For comparing different categories.
Line Chart: For tracking trends over time.
Click on the chart to see the Chart Tools options:
Chart Title: Click on the title and rename it.
Axes Labels: Click on "Chart Elements" (➕ icon) and add axis labels.
Change Colors: Click "Chart Styles" to modify appearance.
Right-click the chart → Click "copy".
