Lead by Amazon Web Services for Games Personnel
This session explores the use of generative AI in gaming, from development to live operations. We start with an overview of how AI is being applied across game features, development workflows, and publishing. Next, we provide a practical introduction to AWS machine learning services, with a deep dive into Amazon Bedrock’s LLMs, agents, and knowledge bases, plus demonstrations of prompt engineering, RAG, and prompt chaining. We’ll share real-world examples, including case studies from Saltwater Games’ “Resurgence” and HudStats, detailing their AI architectures. The session concludes with a discussion of current research challenges in AI for games.
