Required Documentation for ICSAS 2026 Registration Fee Waiver
To successfully claim the conference registration fee waiver, applicants are required to provide official proof of eligibility (e.g., a valid Faculty/Staff ID card, Student ID card, or an official Certificate of Employment/Enrollment) for the committee's record.
For In-Person Presenters: Please prepare a printed photocopy of your valid ID or certificate. You will need to submit this physical copy to our staff at the ICSAS 2026 registration desk when completing your payment on-site.
For Online/Virtual Presenters: Please email an electronic copy (scan or clear photograph) of your valid ID or certificate to the organizing committee during the online payment phase (expected to be scheduled after the formal registration period concludes).
Oral Presentations: Each presentation is strictly limited to 15 minutes. A consolidated Q&A session will be held at the end of your panel (calculated by allocating 5 minutes for each presentation).
Poster Presentations: Technical specifications and formatting guidelines will be provided in July.
Multi-Author Presentations: For abstracts with multiple authors, ALL individuals who plan to present or attend the conference must register separately.
To maintain academic integrity and ensure a smooth administrative process, official documents and certificates will be issued in accordance with the following stages:
Stage 1: Official Letter of Acceptance (LoA)
Requirement: Issued upon the completion of your individual registration form. (No advance payment is required at this stage.)
Purpose: This document can be used to support your visa application or funding requests from your institution.
Timeline: Expected to be issued via email by the end of July 2026.
Visa Support Note: Should you require additional supporting documents beyond the LoA for your Taiwan visa application, we will begin processing these specific requests in August 2026.
Note: The LoA will officially list the title of the accepted abstract and the names of all contributing authors, strictly based on the information provided in your submitted registration form.
Stage 2: Certificate of Presentation
Requirement: Issued only to the presenting author(s) who successfully complete their presentation at ICSAS 2026 and fulfill the required conference fees at the time of the event.
Timeline: To be provided via email following the conclusion of ICSAS 2026.
Note: Non-attending co-authors who have not registered individually will not be issued separate certificates.
**The ICSAS 2026 Organizing Committee reserves the right to final interpretation regarding the issuance of all official documentation.
A separate official confirmation form will be sent to all registered presenters in late July for final revisions. The deadline for program updates is August 31, 2026 (Monday).
