Call for contribution (Closed)
We invite researchers and developers to submit videos and short papers presenting preliminary results, ongoing works, and demos relevant to the topic of the workshop. We welcome contributers from academia, industries and professionals.
The videos and papers will be reviewed by the organizers and acceptance will be based on the quality of the contribution, originality, and relevance to the topics of interest of the workshop.
All accepted contributions will be presented as posters during the interactive sessions.
Submission Procedure
We encourage participants to submit their research in the form of a video and a short paper.
Please submit all the material here (OpenReview).
Submission deadline: Extended to 7th April 2024
Notification: 14th April 2024 16th April 2024
Video format:
File size: up to 100MB
Format (only one of the following should be used): mpeg, mp4, mpg
Maximum duration: 180 sec.
Minimum height: 480
Minimum frame rate (fps): 20
Scan type: Progressive
Accepted videos will be uploaded to our YouTube channel. (The authors who would not like their work to be published can decline it.)
Paper format:
Page: 1-4, excluding references
Template and format guidelines given by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society.
