Submission and Publication

Full papers must be submitted by April 30, 2024. Papers received after this date will not be evaluated and included in the Conference Program.
At least one author of the paper has to register for the conference.
Each registration includes, at most, one paper. One additional paper can be submitted at an additional cost of 100 euros.

Abstracts should not exceed 300 words. Abstracts exceeding the limit will be rejected. Selected abstracts will appear in the ISBN Conference Book of Abstracts. The abstracts should be written in English.

Proceedings

All the submitted papers, after being reviewed and approved, will be published in an issue of Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics, event (indexed in Scopus). Full papers should be between 8 to 12 pages. Full papers should strictly adhere to the formatting rules for Springer Proceedings.

How to submit the paper to Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics

Download the Template (LaTeX Package, Word Template, eBook Sample);
Prepare your paper using the template and following the authors guidelines;
Send your paper (as Word, or LaTeX, and PDF files) to icqis2024@ipl.pt.

Authors of selected conference papers will be invited to submit extended versions for publications in ICQIS2024 affiliated journals.
