Registration and fees

Delegate Fees include:

• Two lunches and 3 coffee breaks;

• Social dinner;

• The participation in presence to all the sessions;

• The publication in book of abstracts;

• The publication of one paper (after review) on the dedicated issue of indexed journal.

Students Fees include:

• Two lunches and 3 coffee breaks;

• The participation in presence to all the sessions;

• The publication in book of abstracts;

• The publication of one paper (after review) on the dedicated issue of indexed journal.

Accompanying (family members) Fees include:

• Two lunches and 3 coffee breaks;

• Attending in presence at all the sessions.

IMPORTANT

• Each registration includes, at most, one paper. One additional paper can be submitted at an additional cost of 100 euros.

Conference registration canceled on or before 17.05.2024 is refundable but subject to a €50 administrative fee. Registrants canceling after 31.05.2024 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
