• Indexed Conference papers submission to the conference: Last call April 30, 2024 

How to submit the paper:

• 1. 1. 1. 1. Download the Template (LaTeX Package, Word Template, eBook Sample);

           2. Prepare your paper using the template and following the authors guidelines;

           3. Send your paper (as Word, or LaTeX, and PDF files) to icqis2024@ipl.pt.

• Registration Open on October 30, 2023. Fee payment is possible after the registration (link)

• Fee payment (mandatory to add the presentation to the program and to the abstract book): May 17, 2024 (link)

• Special Sessions submission ( (word): Open on October 30, 2023 - Close on February 20, 2024; send an email to ICQIS2024@ipl.pt)

• Abstract submission (max 300 words): Close on February 20, 2024 (word + ICQIS2024@ipl.pt)

• Abstracts Acceptance: February 25, 2024 

• Early bird fee payment: February 29, 2024 (link)

• Conference: June 16-19, 2024
