Submission Guideline

Online Paper Submission:

·   The papers accepted by ICMT 2023 will be published on IEEE Xplore.

·   IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.

·   Authors should submit a 2–4 page IEEE format paper for review, including tables, figures, and references to the above Online Paper Submission site by deadline

·   Please write your paper consistent with the IEEE conference paper template without the author's biography. You can use LaTeX templates with IEEE format. When submitting the review paper, we recommend using PDF eXpress below.

·  After reviewing, please modify your paper using PDF eXpress into a camera-ready format before submitting.

·   One paper should have at least one registration. However, the students are allowed to have a student registration only when a co-author has a full registration.

Submission Steps:

1.    Please use IEEE conference paper template in ICMT2023 and remove the IEEE Copyright from the footer.

2.    Then convert the Microsoft Word document to PDF/A.

o   1)Convert with Microsoft Word: Select File > Export > Create PDF/XPS Document > options > PDF options > PDF/A compliant > ok > publish

o   2)Convert with PDF eXpress: Please view the Process Overview from the PDF eXpress site.

3.    Please create a new account on the ICMT2023 submission site and sign in.

4.    Go to 2023 26th International Conference on Mechatronics Technology (ICMT), click on SUBMIT MANUSCRIPT.

5.    Fill in all the form, then upload the file.

When preparing camera-ready version:

Before Creating a PDF 

• Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. If necessary, contact conference secretariat at doorebong@dgist.ac.kr for the appropriate copyright notice. 

• Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision. 

Creating your PDF eXpress Account 

• Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F)

• First-time users should do the following: 

1. Select the New Users - Click Here link. 

2.  Enter the following: 

    • 59920X for the Conference ID 

    • your email address 

    • a password 

3. Continue to enter information as prompted. 

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
