• Non-student: 500 USD (IEEE Member), 550 USD(Non-member)

• Student: 300 USD (IEEE Member), 350 USD(Non-member)

• Additional banquet ticket can be purchased for 70 USD for registrants only.

• Conference Registration Fee Refund Policy:

- Up to 2 weeks before the start of the conference: Full refund, excluding fees (such as payment system usage fees).

- From 2 weeks to 2 days before the start of the conference: Refund given, excluding a 30% fee.

- 1 day prior to the start of the conference: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

- After the commencement of the conference: No refunds can be made.
