The Indian Creek Country Club opened in 1968 and one year later, April 1969, the Indian Creek Men’s Club (The Club), with 43 members, was formed and became a member of the Northern California Golf Association NCGA) and continues today. The Club plays every other Saturday and provides 27 well organized tournaments annually for its members. There are also many qualifying events for NCGA organized tournaments, where successful players can play on some of the finest golf courses in Northern California. There are also special events, social gatherings and golf clinics offered throughout the year. The Club’s golf season culminates with an Awards banquet.
Initial club membership fee is $85. Renewal membership fee is $85. Membership includes a one-time membership fee, one year annual dues, NCGA Membership, NCGA Card, and NCGA Quarterly Magazine. NCGA membership also entitles you to discounted Green Fee's at certain courses.

INDIAN CREEK MENS CLUB FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How much does it cost to join/renew Indian Creek Mens Club? The cost to initially join is $85. The renewal cost is $85. Payable in cash or check made out to Indian Creek Men's Club. For other payment methods, please contact the tournament chairman.
2. When can I join or renew? You may initially join at any time during the calendar year. We accept renewals for the following year starting every October through December. If you join in October of 2026, you are in our club through December 2027.
3. What do I get when I join the club? Your dues go towards your annual NCGA membership which includes your NCGA number, handicap index, and quarterly magazine. Your NCGA membership can also give you discounts at several local courses. You are eligible to compete in our annual 27 tournaments held at Indian Creek Country Club. We have an annual awards banquet held at Cattlemen’s every November which is free for members and a reduced cost for guests You are also eligible to compete in NCGA events including the Zone Championship held on the Monterey peninsula every year.
4. When are the tournaments? In most cases, we play every other Saturday morning at Indian Creek Country Club in Loomis, CA. Most tournaments are set up with 10 minute tee time intervals starting at 7:00 am in the warmer months and 7:30 am in the colder months. We play year round. Five times a year, we have shotgun starts so we can hold quarterly men’s club meetings.
5. How are the tournaments played? All tournaments are 18 holes. The front 9 is played from the white tees and the back 9 is played from the blue tees. We have a wide variety of tournaments from regular stroke play to four man team events and scrambles and we have five trophy tournaments yearly.
6. How do I compete in the tournaments with my handicap? Players are divided into three separate flights based on your handicap at Indian Creek. Players with 0-12 handicap compete in the first flight, 13-19 in the 2nd flight, and 20 and up in the third flight. You’ll compete against other players in your flight in most tournaments
7. What is the cost for tournaments? Entry fee is $4 every tournament. You then have the option to join games ($3 for flight prizes, $2 for closest the pins, $1 for fewest putts, $5 for skins, and $1 towards the hole in one pot). Cost for green fees and carts are paid separately to Indian Creek Country Club. Greens fees are currently $25 and shared carts are $13.
8. How do I get my handicap? You get a temporary handicap once you’ve played five 18 hole rounds at any course. You get an established handicap once you’ve entered 20 eighteen hole scores. When you participate in men’s club events, the club enters the score for you. Outside of tournaments, you can enter your own scores on the myNCGA app.
9. How many tournaments must I play to be eligible for trophies and NCGA qualifiers? You must play in eight men’s club tournaments over a twelve month span to win trophies and qualify for NCGA events.
