8/19/2026- Tee times posted but you can still sign up so if you want to play, just let me know. Due to the 7 players remaining in match play, I wasn't able to do preferred groupings in some cases. 

8/9/2026- Ray Torres was the low net shooter of the day with an outstanding net 55! Ken Nash wasn't far behind him with an excellent net 57 as he continues his hot streak! Stephen Hollabaugh, Norb Huber, Robert Blanche, Rob Coon, and Nathan Johnson also deserve credit for shooting under net par. Brian Wohlford also returned yesterday and shot his usual great round with a true score of 65 including a pair of birdies. 

The match play group is down to 7 members. Round 3 will take place in two weeks. If you are still in match play, I will be grouping you with your competitor (or competitors if a three way match is needed). Everyone remaining still has their bye if he needs it. 

I failed last tournament to welcome new member Joe Esparza. Yesterday was his second tournament and he scored himself a closest to the pin. Welcome Joe! We're glad to have you in our club!

Our next tournament is Medal Play. It's the final tune up before our annual Club Championship. This tournament will take place on August 22 and it is a SHOTGUN start at 7:30. We will have a meeting to follow. Discussion will include the Club Championship but also senior tees. We'll get an agenda to you prior to the meeting. 

Please note the scheduling quirk for the Club Championship. Round 1 will take place on September 12, three weeks after the August 22 tournament. Rounds two and three will take place the following Saturday and Sunday (September 19 and 20) which is different than last year when we did rounds one and two on consecutive days.
