Bio.

Prof. Ick-Joon Park is an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Joongbu University since 2021. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST) in 2018. And he had been with the Semiconductor Research & Development Center, Samsung Electronics as a staff engineer until 2021. His research interests include low-dimensional semiconductor material-based nano electronic devices and CMOS logic circuits for developing AI semiconductor applications.
