Bio.

Prof. Ick-Joon Park is an assistant professor in the Department of Electronics and Information Engineering at Hansung University since 2026. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST) in 2018. He worked as a staff engineer at the Semiconductor Research & Development Center, Samsung Electronics, until 2021, and subsequently served as an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Joongbu University from 2021 to 2026. His research interests include low-dimensional semiconductor material-based nano electronic devices and CMOS logic circuits for AI semiconductor applications.
