The research in Nano Electronic Device Laboratory is focusing on development of low-dimensional nano materials and artificial intelligence (AI) semiconductor device applications for next-generation electronic device and system. NEDL researchers are exploring the potentials of novel semiconductor materials and designing high-performance AI semiconductor devices. We are looking for motivated students (graduate & undergraduate) who are interested in nano material based logic and neuromorphic memory devices for AI semiconductor applications.
