Dr. Olivia Lin obtained her Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Waterloo, Canada.  Dr. Lin is a Co-Director at Women Who Code Taipei, where she brings new leadership and mentorship programs to the women in technology community. With over 3000 members, Women Who Code Taipei is a community for professional women in technology careers, including software engineers, developers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists. 

Her past experiences involve product management, human-computer interaction/human factors consultancy, and teaching workshops and courses on design-thinking, programming languages, and computational thinking.  

Dr. Olivia Lin為加拿大滑鐵盧大學(University of Waterloo)認知心理學博士，跨足資訊與設計，並深度參與社群營運。Dr. Lin現於HLX Innovations Co. Ltd擔任顧問，綜合設計思考和心理學，提供STEM的教案和工作坊，同時擔任國際組織Women Who Code台北分支的Co-Director。Women Who Code Taipei目前有超過3000名成員參與，舉辦活動多樣，包含程式技術與經驗交流、科技業相關講座與工作坊等，主題橫跨程式語言、電商、科技產業運作、大數據、區塊鍊。Dr. Lin並共同創辦Studio 1 Labs，開發設計能應用於長照醫療保健中的感測產品。
