OPAMP 설계 project

-High gain (DC gain 100 dB 이상), Wide BW (UGBW 1 MHz 이상), Stable operation (Phase margin 60 도 이상) @ Capacitive load 50 pF

-Architecture 자유 (2-stage, folded-cascode 등), 보고서 개별 제출, 372호 집적회로 설계연구실 하드카피 제출

-설계 복잡도가 올라갈 수록 (Fully differential amp. + CMFB, class-AB output stage 등) 가산점

-Buffer, inverting amp, non-inverting amp. 등 opamp 응용 회로 sim. 결과 추가
